I love to workout. This shouldn’t be a real shocker to you if you follow me on any social media. But while I’m always sharing my actual workouts, I never let you in on what I’m doing before and after I hit the gym. You may be thinking, Caitlyn, why do I care what you do before and after the gym? Well, because what you do in these time periods can help maximize the outcome of your sweat sesh! Hooked yet?
Today I’m sharing the four things I always do after a workout. Maybe in the future I’ll clue you into what I do before, too!
I used to live for the days I could go running in a sports bra and shorts. There’s just something so freeing about removing that one thin piece of clothing. I remember I would never want to put it back on after it took it off, because it feel so good to feel the breeze on my back and whipping past the bare skin of my stomach.
This was about two years ago. Now I would never dare run around my neighborhood (or the neighborhood over) with just a sports bra on. Why? Because I’d be embarrassed.

Upper body used to be my least favorite thing to work on in the gym. Well arms were, I was all about shoulders and back. I don’t know what really happened, but within these last couple months, I’ve been loving working on my arms! Probably because I discovered some exercises I really love that aren’t just bicep curls. Because is it just me or do those get boring real quick?
One of my goals this year is to have some real definition in my bicep muscles. And lucky for me, I build upper body muscle really easily. To reach that goal, these six exercises will be staples in my workout routine.
One thing that stuck out to me from the responses to my reader survey (which you can take here!) was that you wanted to hear more about my vegetarian diet. I had no idea you guys were so interested in it! So be on the lookout for some more posts like this in the future!

Today we’re talking about eating out at restaurants without consuming meat. A common misconception is that this feat is super difficult, if not impossible. But I’m here today to dispel that nasty rumor and show you how being vegetarian doesn’t mean you can’t eat out with friends!
