Okay I was totally smiling in the picture!! My no teeth smiles just look like a grimace. It’s a curse, because I’ll make this face to people I pass and they probably think I don’t like them when I was actually smiling!!

Happy Friday!! And it’s a special friday because it’s the last official day of my fall semester!! (I actually finished my last final yesterday though. Holla!)

This week, I’m sharing my holy grail red lipstick! I get compliments on it all the time, and it’s literally my favorite formula. Even without lip liner (I lost mine. Oops.) or any fancy make-up tricks, the lipstick stays put on for hours! Even after eating. How wonderful is that?! Plus, it’s drugstore, so it’s super cheap!

The name of the lipstick is Revlon Really Red. (Also, yes I’m hyper aware that the photo in the widget is of an orange lipstick, it wouldn’t let me use the photo of the red one! But it still links directly to my favorite lipstick, not the orange one!)

Red is the perfect color for the holidays, not just because it’s a staple Christmas color, but because it daring and bold and brings fun to the otherwise gray and bleak winter months. That’s why you almost always find me sporting red lips in the winter! Plus, I just find I’m more inclined to wear red in the winter than during other seasons.

What’s your favorite color to wear in the winter? Do you have a holy grail red lipstick? I’d love to know what it is! Let me know in the comments below!
