About Me

Hey What’s Up Hello

My name is Caitlyn (if you hadn’t already picked up on that from the title of this here blog).

More About Me

I grew up loving to write and even thought I was going to be an author when I grew up. (Does being a blogger count?) I continued my passion for writing by joining my high school newspaper, and while I loved that type of writing and the experiences I gained, I knew it wasn’t something I wanted to pursue long term. That’s when this blog was born.

Now I’m a college grad pursuing a job in web development, and trying to figure out what this whole “adulting” thing is.

Why Do I Blog?

Because I love sharing my life experiences to help other people like me.

Because I love the friends I’ve made since starting.

Because I love creating content.

More About the Blog

My blog is a place for young adults who want to succeed without losing themselves in the process. I had a hard time adjusting to life after moving out of my parents’ house. Making friends after college? Landing a big girl job? Paying rent? Whoo, that’s a lot.

Being in your twenties brings on a lot of changes. It’s this strange transitional period in life where you’re an adult by legal means, but still don’t really understand taxes and what even is a 401k anyway? Life is difficult, and I’m hoping this space I’m creating is here to help all the other lost and confused young people like me!

I blog about self-growth things like why everyone should journal, travel things like how to navigate the Underground in London, fashion things like how to style a summer jumpsuit in fall, and also specialize in dating advice.

Hopefully, there’s something for you in the mix!
